Dear Danny;

Now that the deal is done, I want to thank you for EVERYTHING you have done for my son and me. You have been exemplary in every way.  I’m particularly thankful for the extra load you carried through his covid bout.  As you learn the business, please keep that beginner’s enthusiasm for the task at hand and the willingness to work to our needs you have displayed for us — it looks really good on you.

For my part, I have a lot of experience particularly in matters pertaining to condos, wells, septic fields, etc. and I would invite you to take advantage of that when you might have a question you wanted to bounce off someone.

Hope we will see more of you, and that our relationship doesn’t end with a real estate transaction.
